nimiḥ kṛtvā tataḥ śokaṁ vidhānāt tatra mādhavi || taṁ manogatasiṁkalpaṁ trirātre pratyapadyata
Varāha (default, dialogue framework)
It shows how Purāṇic narrative integrates emotional crisis with vidhāna (prescribed observance), offering evidence for the interweaving of ritual culture and ethical psychology.
No specific location is named; ‘tatra’ (“there”) is context-dependent and not identifiable from the fragment alone.
It presents structured practice (vidhāna) and time-bound observance (trirātra) as a means to stabilize the mind and restore saṁkalpa (inner resolve) after loss.
