sarvaṃ taj jalapūrṇaṃ tu na cājñāyate kiñcana || vaṭam ekaṃ varjayitvā viṣṇumūlaṃ yaśodrumam ||
Varāha (default dialogue framework)
The “single banyan” motif parallels broader South Asian cosmological symbolism where a tree persists through dissolution, serving as a narrative anchor for continuity.
No explicit site is named; the tree functions as a cosmological symbol rather than a localized landmark.
Implicitly, it elevates the tree as a bearer of continuity and memory—supporting later Purāṇic valorizations of protecting significant natural entities.
