गच्छन्ति तत्पदं शान्तं सूर्यमण्डलभेदकम् ॥ एतत्ते कथितं देवि साम्बशापसमुद्भवम्
gacchanti tatpadaṃ śāntaṃ sūryamaṇḍalabhedakam || etatte kathitaṃ devi sāmbaśāpasamudbhavam
वो लोग उस शांति के पद को पा जाते हैं, जैसे सूरज के मंडल को तोड़ के निकलना। देवी, यह पूरा किस्सा मैंने तुम्हे बताया है। यह साम्ब की लानत से शुरू हुआ था।
