Varāha (default dialogue framework)
It preserves a common Purāṇic didactic pattern: exhortation to lifelong restraint (uparama) and commentary on moral reform within family/social relations.
No geographic marker appears in this verse; it is ethical narration within the chapter’s tīrtha framework.
Sustained cessation from harmful action is presented as a lifelong discipline; moral recovery is acknowledged as difficult and gradual.
