asya viprasya sambhāṣāt puṇya-sat-kīrtitena ca || preta-bhāva-vimuktāḥ stha tīrthasya śravaṇād api ||

Translation

इस ब्राह्मण से बात करके और पुण्य की बातें सुन के तुम लोग प्रेत से आज़ाद हो गए। बस तीर्थ की बात सुनने से ही मुक्ति मिल गई।
