Varāha (default dialogue framework)
It records a named sacred structure (Rudramahālaya) and the kṣetrapa concept, relevant to how sacred landscapes were administratively and ritually imagined.
Rudramahālaya is a named shrine/abode; determining its precise historical location requires comparison with regional toponymy and other Purāṇic/inscriptional sources.
The verse emphasizes respectful engagement with a protected heritage landscape (kṣetra) and its guardians, reinforcing norms of careful conduct within such spaces.
