ब्रह्मचर्येण तां रात्रिं कृत्वा सङ्कल्प्य मानसे ॥ धौतवस्त्रेण सुस्नातो मौनव्रतपरायणः।
brahmacaryeṇa tāṁ rātriṁ kṛtvā saṅkalpya mānase || dhautavastreṇa susnāto maunavrataparāyaṇaḥ
रात को ब्रह्मचर्य में गुज़ारना, और मन में नियत बना लेना। नहा के साफ कपड़े पहन लेना, और चुप रहने का व्रत रखना।
