The Sacred Geography and Merit of Dvārakā
tatra kuṇḍaṃ mahābhāge maṇipūragirā śrutam || dhārā caikā pataty atra lābhālābhavivarjitaḥ ||
Varāha (default dialogue framework)
It documents water features (kuṇḍa, dhārā) typical of kṣetra descriptions, useful for mapping Purāṇic hydro-sacred landscapes.
A pond named Maṇipūragirā is mentioned; precise modern correlation is not determinable from this verse alone.
It values equanimity toward gain and loss (lābhālābha), presenting detachment as a suitable disposition in sacred-space practice.
