रुद्रशापो निवृत्तः स्यात्तेनैव किल नान्यथा ॥ एतस्मिन्नन्तरे देवि मया गावोऽवतारिताः ॥
rudraśāpo nivṛttaḥ syāt tenaiva kila nānyathā | etasminn antare devi mayā gāvo ’vatāritāḥ ||

Unspecified (likely Aurva continuing; defaults to primary dialogue frame if uncertain)
It preserves an etiological logic typical of tīrtha-māhātmya: a specific ritual act is framed as the sole effective means, anchoring later pilgrimage practice.

The verse emphasizes disciplined adherence to an agreed remedy and portrays restoration as tied to specific, non-destructive actions.
