फलभक्षो दिनत्र्यां तिलभक्षो दिनत्रयम् ॥ अक्षारलवणान्नाशी पुनस्तत्र दिनत्रयम् ॥
phalabhakṣo dinatryāṃ tilabhakṣo dinatryam || akṣāralavaṇānnāśī punastatra dinatryam ||
तीन दिन तक सिर्फ फल खाओ। फिर तीन दिन तिल खाओ। फिर तीन दिन और, खाना बिना नमक और बिना किसी चीज़ के खाओ।
