tataḥ kamala-patrākṣī sarva-rūpa-guṇānvitā || varāha-rūpiṇaṃ devaṃ pratyuvāca vasundharā ||
Vasundharā (Pṛthivī)
It marks the dialogic handover to Pṛthivī/Vasundharā, a signature narrative device in the Varāha Purāṇa’s Earth-centered cosmological discourse.
No specific place-name appears; the verse identifies speakers and narrative posture rather than geography.
No direct injunction; it establishes respectful address and the didactic setting for subsequent content.
