मैं इस जंगल में यज्ञ पुरुष हूँ। मेरा नाम याज्या है। यहाँ पंद्रह लीडर हमेशा रहेंगे। कृत युग में यह राजा बनेंगे, मणिजा से पैदा हुए।
Varāha
The verse reflects a Purāṇic mode of linking sacred presence (Yajñapuruṣa) with dynastic or leadership lists, projecting genealogical-political order into a yuga framework (here, Kṛta Yuga).
The location is described generically as a “forest-region” (vanagocara). No specific toponym is provided in this verse alone, so modern identification is not possible without adjacent verses.
Rather than a direct injunction, the verse foregrounds an organizing principle: legitimate leadership is presented as connected to ritual-cosmic order (Yajñapuruṣa) and to an inherited lineage (maṇijā), a common Purāṇic framework for social stability.
