कालत्रयमुपेक्षित्र्या हीनायाश्चैत्यबन्धनैः। चितश्चैत्यमुपेक्षित्र्याः समतैवावशिष्यते॥
काल-त्रयम् । उपेक्षित्र्या । हीनायाः । चैत्य-बन्धनैः । चितः । चैत्यम् । उपेक्षित्र्याः । समता । एव । अवशिष्यते ॥
kālatrayam upekṣitryā hīnāyāś caityabandhanaiḥ | citaś caityam upekṣitryāḥ samataivāvaśiṣyate ||
जो इंसान कल, आज और कल की फ़िक्र छोड़ देता है, वो बंधन से आज़ाद हो जाता है। जब दिमाग और बाहर की चीज़ें दोनों साइड में रख दी जाएँ, तो सिर्फ एक ही बात रहती है, सब बराबर है।
For the one who disregards the three times (past, present, future) and is devoid of the bonds of ‘objects/mental presentations’ (caitya), when mind (citta) and object (caitya) are disregarded, equanimity alone remains.
