तत्र नाडी सुषुम्ना तु नाडीभिर्बहुभिर्वृता । अणु रक्ताश्च पीताश्च कृष्णास्ताम्रा विलोहिताः ॥८॥

tatra nāḍī suṣumnā tu nāḍībhir bahubhir vṛtā | aṇu raktāś ca pītāś ca kṛṣṇās tāmrā vilohitāḥ ||8||

Translation

वहाँ एक नाड़ी है जिसे सुषुम्ना कहते हैं। उसके आस-पास बहुत सारी छोटी नाड़ियाँ हैं। कुछ लाल हैं, कुछ पीली, कुछ काली, कुछ ताँबे जैसी, और कुछ चमकदार लाल।
