हृत्पद्मकर्णिकामध्ये स्थिरदीपनिभाकृतिम् । अङ्गुष्ठमात्रमचलं ध्यायेदोङ्कारमीश्वरम् ॥१९॥

hṛtpadmakarṇikāmadhye sthiradīpanibhākṛtim | aṅguṣṭhamātram acalaṃ dhyāyed oṅkāram īśvaram ||19||

Translation

अपने दिल के अंदर एक कमल है, उसके बीच में ओम का ध्यान करो। वो एक दिया की लौ जैसा है - जो हिलता नहीं है। उसका साइज़ अंगूठा जैसा है। यह ईश्वर रूप है।

Academic Translation

In the middle of the pericarp of the lotus of the heart, one should meditate on the Lord as Oṃkāra—having the form resembling a steady lamp-flame, motionless, and of the measure of a thumb.
