Recitation with translationBrahmavidya Upanishad 43

dehātītaṃ tu taṃ vidyān nāsāgre dvādaśāṅgulam | tadantaṃ taṃ vijānīyāt tatrastho vyāpayet prabhuḥ ||43||

यह शरीर से पारे है, नाक के टॉप पर बारह उंगली के बराबर। वहाँ तक है वो, और वहाँ बैठे हुए प्रभु सब जगह फैल जाते हैं।

One should know That as transcending the body, (measured) twelve finger-breadths at the tip of the nose. One should understand That as ending there; the Lord, abiding there, pervades (all).

Ātman/Brahman as dehātīta (beyond the body); pervasion (vyāpti)Mahavakya: Indirect—emphasizes the Self’s transcendence of the body, aligning with mahāvākya import (Self = Brahman) though not phrased as identity-sentence.AtharvaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
