Recitation with translationAmritbindu Upanishad 7

svareṇa saṃdhayed yogam asvaraṃ bhāvayet param | asvareṇānubhāvena nābhāvo bhāva iṣyate ||7||

जब ध्यान करो तो शब्द से शुरू करो। पर अंत में वह परम जो है, वो शब्द से पारे है। जब शब्द खत्म हो जाए और वो सुनता आरंभ हो, तब असली चीज़ मिलती है।

With ‘sound’ one should join (compose/establish) yoga; one should contemplate the supreme as ‘soundless’. By the experiential realization of the soundless, non-being is not accepted as being.

Nāda/Om as upāya; transition from support (saguṇa/upādhi) to the supportless (nirguṇa); rejection of nihilism (śūnyavāda)Mahavakya: Aligns with ‘ayam ātmā brahma’ by moving from meditative supports to recognition of the Self as the soundless Absolute; also guards ‘prajñānaṃ brahma’ from being reduced to mere absence.AtharvaAtharvaveda (commonly transmitted without a firmly fixed śākhā attribution in the extant tradition) ShakhaChandas: Anuṣṭubh (śloka)
