Adhyatma Upanishad: Verse 46
न प्रत्यग्ब्रह्मणोर्भेदं कदापि ब्रह्मसर्गयोः । प्रज्ञया यो विजानाति स जीवन्मुक्त इष्यते॥४६॥
न । प्रत्यक्-ब्रह्मणोः । भेदम् । कदा अपि । ब्रह्म-सर्गयोः । प्रज्ञया । यः । विजानाति । सः । जीवन्-मुक्तः । इष्यते ॥
na pratyagbrahmaṇor bhedaṃ kadāpi brahmasargayoḥ | prajñayā yo vijānāti sa jīvanmukta iṣyate ||46||
जो इंसान समझ लेता है कि अंदर का ब्रह्म और बाहर की दुनिया में कोई फरक नहीं है। वो समझ के देखता है कि ब्रह्म और सृष्टि में कोई भेद नहीं। ऐसा इंसान को जीवनमुक्त कहते हैं। यह वो है जो ज़िन्दा रहते हुए भी मुक्त हो गया।
He who, by discriminative insight, never cognizes any difference between the inner Brahman and the pair (Brahman and creation), is regarded as liberated while living.
