अद्रिभिः सुतः पवते गभस्त्योर्वृषायते नभसा वेपते मती । स मोदते नसते साधते गिरा नेनिक्ते अप्सु यजते परीमणि ॥
ádribhiḥ sutáḥ pavate gábhastyor vṛṣā́yate nábhasā vépate matī́ | sá modate násate sā́dhate girā́ nénikte apsú yájate parī́maṇi ||
पत्थरों से निचोड़ा हुआ सोम हाथों में बहता है। वो मज़बूत होता जाता है, और आसमान जैसी ताकत से सोच को जाग उठाता है। वो खुश होता है, पास आता है, और शब्दों से काम पूरा करता है। पानी में नहाके वो अपनी पूजा करता है।
