Sukta 4.16
आ सत्यो यातु मघवाँ ऋजीषी द्रवन्त्वस्य हरय उप नः । तस्मा इदन्धः सुषुमा सुदक्षमिहाभिपित्वं करते गृणानः ॥
ā́ satyó yātu maghávāṃ ṛjīṣī́ drávantv asya háraya úpa naḥ | tásmā íd ándhaḥ suṣumā́ su̱dákṣam ihā́bhi-pi̱tváṃ karate gṛṇānáḥ ||
इंद्र को बुलाते हैं कि वो सच्चे दिल से आएं। उनकी शक्तियाँ हमारी तरफ दौड़ें। हमने उनके लिए सोम का रस निकाला है, पूरा काम करके। जब हम उनकी तारीफ करते हैं, वो हमारे पास आके बात करते हैं, हमारे साथ जुड़ जाते हैं।
