वज्रेण हि वृत्रहा वृत्रमस्तरदेवस्य शूशुवानस्य मायाः । वि धृष्णो अत्र धृषता जघन्थाथाभवो मघवन्बाह्वोजाः ॥
Transliteration
vájreṇa hí vṛtrahā́ vṛtrám ástar ádevasya śū́śuvānasya māyā́ḥ | ví dhṛ́ṣṇo átra dhṛṣatá jaghanthā́thā́bhavo maghavan bā́hvojāḥ ||
Translation
इंद्र ने अपनी वज्र से दुश्मन वृत्र को मारा। उसने उसके सारे धोखे फैला दिए। वो बड़ा बहादुर था, उसने और भी ज़ोर से मारा। फिर वो बड़ा शक्तिशाली बन गया, उसकी बाहों में ताकत आ गई।
