बालकाण्ड सर्ग ३६ · गङ्गा
प्रभवप्रश्नः, शिवतेजोधारणं, कार्त्तिकेय-जन्म, उमाशापः
ततो देवाः पुनरिदमूचुश्चाथ हुताशनम् ।
प्रविश त्वं महातेजो रौद्रं वायुसमन्वितः ॥१७॥
tato devāḥ punar idam ūcuś cātha hutāśanam |
praviśa tvaṁ mahātejo raudraṁ vāyusamanvitaḥ ||17||
फिर देवियों ने अग्नि से कहा कि अब तुम अंदर जाओ। तुम्हारी चमक बहुत बड़ी है। यह रुद्र की शक्ति है, बहुत तेज़। वायु के साथ मिलके उसमें घुस जाओ।
Then, the devatas said to the fire-god, "Enter this energy (creative power) related to Rudra followed by the wind-god".
