सिद्धाश्रमात् शोणातटं प्रस्थानम् · Departure from Siddhāśrama and the Invitation to Janaka’s Yajña

अथ तां रजनीं तत्र कृतार्थौ रामलक्ष्मणौ ।
ऊषतुर्मुदितौ वीरौ प्रहृष्टेनान्तरात्मना ॥१॥
atha tāṃ rajanīṃ tatra kṛtārthau rāma-lakṣmaṇau |
ūṣatur muditau vīrau prahṛṣṭenāntar-ātmanā ||1||
फिर वहाँ रात बिता दी राम और लक्ष्मण ने। दोनों का काम हो गया था। दोनों खुश थे, दिल से खुश थे।
There, with their purpose fulfilled the heroes, Rama and Lakshmana, full of joy in their hearts spent the night.
Peace follows duty: fulfillment of a righteous task (protecting the sage’s rite) leads to legitimate contentment, not indulgence—joy grounded in dharma.
