स राज्ञो दर्शनाकाङ्क्षी द्वाराध्यक्षानुवाच ह ॥३८॥
शीघ्रमाख्यात मां प्राप्तं कौशिकं गाधिनस्सुतम् ।
sa rājño darśanākāṅkṣī dvārādhyakṣān uvāca ha ||38||
śīghram ākhyāta māṃ prāptaṃ kauśikaṃ gādhinassutam |
विश्वामित्र राजा को देखना चाहते थे। उन्होंने दरवाज़े के गार्ड से कहा कि जल्दी जाके बोल दो। बोल दो कि कौशिक आया है, गधि का बेटा।
Desirous of seeing the king (Dasaratha) he accosted the door-keepers, saying "Inform the king quickly about the arrival of Viswamitra, the son of Gadhi born in the line ofKusika".
