अश्वमेधप्रवृत्तिः · Commencement and Performance of Daśaratha’s Aśvamedha
आच्छादितास्ते वासोभिः पुष्पैर्गन्धैश्च भूषिताः ।
सप्तर्षयो दीप्तिमन्तो विराजन्ते यथा दिवि ॥२५॥
ācchāditās te vāsobhiḥ puṣpair gandhaiś ca bhūṣitāḥ |
saptarṣayo dīptimanto virājante yathā divi ||25||
वो खंभे कपड़े से ढके थे। फूल और इत्र से सजाए गए थे। इतनी चमक थी उनमें जैसे आसमान में सात रिशी चमक रहे हों।
Decorated with flowers and sandal paste and covered with cloths, stood the bright sacrificial posts shining like seven sages in the sky.
