इन्द्रा॑सोमा॒ परि॑ वां भूतु वि॒श्वत॑ इ॒यं म॒तिः क॒क्ष्याश्वे॑व वा॒जिना॑ । यां वां॒ होत्रां॑ परिहि॒नोमि॑ मे॒धये॒मा ब्रह्मा॑णि नृ॒पती॑ इव जिन्वतम्
índrā́somā pári vāṁ bhūtu viśvátá iyáṁ matíḥ kakṣyā́śveva vājínā | yā́ṁ vāṁ hótrāṁ parihinómi médhayemā́ brahmā́ṇi nṛpátī iva jinvátam ||
O Indra and Soma, may this my thought encompass you from every side, like a harnessed racer. That invocation which I dispatch for you with understanding—these sacred spells—quicken ye, as lords of men.
इंद्र और सोम, मेरी यह सोच तुम्हे चारों तरफ से घेर ले, जैसे कोई तेज़ घोड़ा। मैं तुम्हारे लिए यह पूजा भेज रहा हूँ। यह सब शब्द तुम्हारे लिए हैं। इनसे लोगों के राजा की तरह ताकत पाओ।
