Sukta 3
परा॒द्य दे॒वा वृ॑जि॒नं शृ॑णन्तु प्र॒त्यगे॑नं श॒पथा॑ यन्तु सृ॒ष्टाः । वा॒चास्ते॑नं॒ शर॑व ऋच्छन्तु॒ मर्म॒न् विश्व॑स्यैतु॒ प्रसि॑तिं यातु॒धानः॑
párā́dya devā́ vṛ́jinaṃ śṛṇantu pratyág enaṃ śapáthā yantu sṛṣṭā́ḥ | vācā́ sténaṃ śárava ṛcchantu márman víśvasyaitu prásitiṃ yātudhā́naḥ
Away this day let the Gods smite down the evil; back upon him let the launched imprecations go. By speech let the arrows reach the thief at the vital spot: let the Yātudhāna pass into the snare of all.
आज देवता इस बुरी चीज़ को तोड़ दें। जो भी बुरा काम किया है, उसका फल उसी को मिले। बोली से तीर मारो उस चोर पर, जहाँ सबसे ज़्यादा दर्द हो। वो बुरी आत्मा जाल में फंस जाए।
