Sukta 38
यदि॒ वासि॑ तिरोज॒नं यदि॑ वा न॒द्यऽस्ति॒रः । इ॒यं ह॒ मह्यं॒ त्वामोष॑धिर्ब॒द्ध्वेव॒ न्यान॑यत्
yádi vā́si tirojanáṃ yádi vā nadí astíraḥ | iyáṃ há máhyaṃ tvā́m óṣadhir baddhvèva nyā́nayat ||
If thou abidest beyond the folk, or if thou stayest on this side the river—this herb, indeed, for me hath brought thee hither, as though having bound thee fast.
तुम लोगों से दूर हो, या नदी के पार हो, यह जड़ी-बूटी तुम्हे मेरे पास ला देगी। जैसे कोई तुम्हे बाँध के ले आए। कहीं भी हो, यह तुम्हे वापस लाएगी।
