Sukta 23
येवा॑षासः॒ कष्क॑षास एज॒त्काः शि॑पवित्नु॒काः । दृ॒ष्टांश्च॑ ह॒न्यतां॑ क्रिमि॑रु॒तादृष्ट॑श्च हन्यताम्
yévāṣāsaḥ káṣkaṣāsa ejátkāḥ śipavitnukā́ḥ | dṛṣṭā́ṃś ca hányatāṃ krimír utā́dṛṣṭaś ca hanyatām ||
The yevāṣa-worms, the kaṣkaṣa-worms, the wrigglers, the śipavitnuka—let the seen worm be slain, and let the unseen also be slain.
येवश नाम के कीड़े, कशकश वाले कीड़े, जो हिलते रहते हैं, जो चिपके रहते हैं, जो दिखते हैं उनको मारो और जो नहीं दिखते उनको भी मारो।
