Sukta 25
कामस्य इषुः। उ॒त्तु॒दस्त्वोत् तु॑दतु॒ मा धृ॑थाः॒ शय॑ने॒ स्वे। इषुः॒ काम॑स्य॒ या भी॒मा तया॑ विध्यामि त्वा हृ॒दि
kā́masya íṣuḥ | uttudás tvot tudatu mā́ dhr̥thāḥ śáyane své | íṣuḥ kā́masya yā́ bhīmā́ táyā vidhyāmi tvā hr̥dí ||
Kāma’s arrow: let the goad prick thee—prick thee; hold not firm upon thine own bed. With Kāma’s arrow, the dreadful one, therewith I pierce thee in the heart.
यह काम देव की बाण है। इसकी सोच तुम्हे सोका दे, तुम्हारा बिस्तर छोड़ दे, नींद नहीं आए। काम देव की तीर बहुत तेज़ है, उससे मैं तुम्हारे दिल में मारता हूँ।
