Sukta 6
प्रैणा॑न् नुदे॒ मन॑सा॒ प्र चि॒त्ते॑नो॒त ब्रह्म॑णा । प्रैणा॑न् वृ॒क्षस्य॒ शाख॑याश्व॒त्थस्य॑ नुदामहे
prá enān nudé mánasā prá citténóta bráhmaṇā | prá enān vṛkṣásya śā́khayāśvatthásya nudāmahe
Forth do I thrust them, with mind, forth with intent, and also with the sacred spell; forth do we thrust them with a branch of the tree, even of the Aśvattha.
मैं उनको बाहर भगा देता हूँ, अपने मन से, अपने इरादे से, और मंत्र के साथ। हम पेड़ की डाल से भी उनको भगाते हैं, पीपल पेड़ की डाल से।
