Sukta 34
यस्मा॒न्न ऋ॒ते वि॒जय॑न्ते॒ जना॑सो॒ यं युध्य॑माना॒ अव॑से॒ हव॑न्ते । यो विश्व॑स्य प्रति॒मानं॑ ब॒भूव॒ यो अ॑च्युत॒च्युत् स ज॑नास॒ इन्द्रः॑
yásmān ná ṛté vijáyante jánāso yáṃ yúdhyamānā́ aváse hávante | yó víśvasya pratímānaṃ babhū́va yó acyúta-acyút sá janāsa índraḥ
Without whom men win not victory—whom, when they fight, they call upon for aid; who hath become the measure of the whole; who is the Unshaken, yea Unshaken: he, O peoples, is Indra.
जिसके बिना लोग जीत नहीं पाते। जब लड़ाई होती है, लोग उसी को पुकारते हैं मदद के लिए। वो पूरी दुनिया का नाप है। जो हिलता नहीं, सच में कभी नहीं हिलता। वो है इंद्र, लोगों के भगवान।
