Sukta 7
यश्च॑ साप॒त्नः श॒पथो॑ जा॒म्याः श॒पथ॑श्च॒ यः । ब्र॒ह्मा यन्म॑न्यु॒तः शपा॒त् सर्वं॒ तन्नो॑ अधस्प॒दम्
yáś ca sapátnáḥ śapáthó jāmyā́ḥ śapátháś ca yáḥ | bráhmā yán manyutáḥ śapā́t sárvaṃ tán no adhás-padam
Whoso is rival, and the curse—yea, the kinsman’s curse—and whatsoever curse there be; whatever Brahman-power, from wrath, from cursing, hath arisen: all that, for us, be set beneath our feet.
जो भी तुम्हारा दुश्मन है, उसकी बद्दुआ। अपने ही रिश्तेदार की बद्दुआ। जो भी बद्दुआ हो। ब्राह्मण की गुस्सा से निकली हुई शक्ति। सब कुछ हमारे पाँव के नीचे आ जाए। हम ऊपर रहें, यह सब नीचे।
