Hither, even hither, come at my invocation; hither, ye bringers-in of gain; and increase this our sacred utterance. Hither let all that is cattle come; within this (place) let it stand fast—whatsoever wealth there is.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (exact r̥ṣi attribution varies by anukramaṇī; not determinable from the single mantra alone).
Devata: Rayi/Śrī (wealth) and Paśu (cattle) as desired powers; also the efficacious ‘Giraḥ’ (mantric speech) as operative agency.
Chandas: Likely Anuṣṭubh (common in AV paustika material), but full metrical confirmation requires the complete pada-count with accent/mora analysis.
Primary: shanta
Secondary: vira
