रोगोपशमनम्। वि॒द्मा श॒रस्य॑ पि॒तरं॑ प॒र्जन्यं॒ भू॑रिधायसम्। वि॒द्मो ष्व॑स्य मा॒तरं॑ पृथि॒वीं भूरि॑वर्पसम्
यह मंत्र बीमारी दूर करने के लिए है। पर्जन्य को जानते हैं जो बारिश का देवता है और बहुत ताकत वाला है। धरती को भी जानते हैं जो सबकी माँ है और हर चीज़ देती है।

ज्याऽके॒ परि॑ णो न॒माश्मा॑नं त॒न्वं कृधि । वी॒डुर्वरी॒योऽरा॑ती॒रप॒ द्वेषां॒स्याऽकृ॑धि
हे धनुष की डोर, हमारे आस-पास आ जाओ। हम तुम्हे प्रणाम करते हैं। हमे पत्थर जैसा बना दो, जो टूटे नहीं। दुश्मनी और दुश्मन लोगों को दूर भाग जाओ। हमे सेफ रखना और जगह भी बड़ा दो।

वृ॒क्षं यद्गावः॑ परिषस्वजा॒ना अ॑नुस्फु॒रं श॒रमर्च॑न्त्यृ॒भुम्। शरु॑म॒स्मद्या॑वय दि॒द्युमि॑न्द्र
गाइयाँ पेड़ के आस-पास इकट्ठी हो गई हैं। वो रिबु का गुण गा रही हैं। इंद्र से दुआ है कि वो तीर हमसे दूर भगा दे। बाला वाली चीज़ हमारे पास न आए।

यथा॒ द्यां च॑ पृथि॒वीं चा॒न्तस्तिष्ठ॑ति॒ तेज॑नम्। ए॒वा रोगं॑ चास्रा॒वं चा॒न्तस्ति॑ष्ठतु॒ मुञ्ज॒ इत्
जैसे दुनिया और आसमान के बीच में जो पकड़ के रखता है, वो अंदर होता है। वैसे ही मुंजा बिमारी और उसका फैलना दोनों को अंदर जकड़ के रखे। वही बंद करके रखे।
