निर्वासनं हरिं दृष्ट्वा तूष्णीं विषयदन्तिनः ।
पलायन्ते न शक्तास्ते सेवन्ते कृतचाटवः ॥ १८-४६॥
nirvāsanaṃ hariṃ dṛṣṭvā tūṣṇīṃ viṣayadantinaḥ .
palāyante na śaktāste sevante kṛtacāṭavaḥ .. 18-46..
जब वो सच्चे आदमी को देखते हैं, जिनके मन में कोई इच्छा नहीं, तो यह इंद्रियों के हाथी चुपचाप भाग जाते हैं। अब वो राज नहीं कर सकते, बस झुक के रहते हैं।
It refers to the wise or liberated person whose mind is free from vāsanās, latent desires or impressions.
Because desires can dominate only where craving and identification remain. In the desireless one, they have no ground for control.
