शपथवाक्यानुयोगमनिषृष्टं कुर्वतः युक्तकर्म चायुक्तस्य क्षुद्रपशुवृषाणां पुंस्त्वोपघातिनः दास्या गर्भमौषधेन पातयतश्च पूर्वः साहसदण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.२०.१७ ॥
śapathavākyānuyogamaniṣṛṣṭaṃ kurvataḥ yuktakarma cāyuktasya kṣudrapaśuvṛṣāṇāṃ puṃstvopaghātinaḥ dāsyā garbhamauṣadhena pātayataśca pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ
जब बिना परमिशन किसी को कसम देकर पूछता, जब काम किसी ऐसे आदमी को दिया जो उसके लायक नहीं था, जब छोटे जानवर या बैल की नस बंद दी, या जब किसी दासी का बच्चा दवाई से गिरवा दिया - यह सब में पहला साहस जुर्माना लगेगा।
