यः परं एवं त्वां करिष्यामि इति करणेनाभिभर्त्सयेदकरणे यस्तस्य करणे दण्डस्ततोऽर्धदण्डं दद्यात् ॥ कZ_०३.१८.०९ ॥
yaḥ paraṃ evaṃ tvāṃ kariṣyāmi iti karaṇenābhibhartsayed akaraṇe yas tasya karaṇe daṇḍas tato 'rdhadaṇḍaṃ dadyāt
अगर कोई किसी को धमका के बोलता है कि मैं तुम्हारा यह करूंगा, लेकिन वो काम नहीं करता। तो जो सज़ा उस काम के लिए होती, उसका आधा लगेगा। मतलब धमकी दी, काम नहीं किया, तो आधा जुर्माना।
