कन्यामाहितिकां वा स्वयमन्येन वा दुषयतो मूल्यनाशः शुल्कं तद्द्वुगुणश्च दण्डः ॥ कZ_०३.१३.१२ ॥
kanyām āhitikāṃ vā svayam anyena vā duṣayato mūlyanāśaḥ śulkaṃ taddvuguṇaś ca daṇḍaḥ
इस एक रूल से यह समझ आ जाता है। जब कोई मुसीबत में कुछ गिफ्ट करे या वादा करे, और बाद में उसे बदलना हो, तो यह हर जगह सेम प्रिंसिपल पे हैंडल होगा।
