दासं दासीं वा निष्क्रीय पुनर्विक्रयाधानं नयतो द्वादशपणो दण्डः अन्यत्र स्वयं वादिभ्यः । इति दासकल्पः ॥ कZ_०३.१३.२५ ॥
dāsaṃ dāsīṃ vā niṣkrīya punarvikrayādhānaṃ nayato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ anyatra svayaṃ vādibhyaḥ | iti dāsakalpaḥ |
अगर कोई नौकर या दासी को आज़ाद कर दिया जाए, और फिर उसको वापस लेकर बेचने की कोशिश की जाए, तो फाइन लगेगा। फाइन होगा बारह पान। लेकिन अगर खुद केस फाइल किया हो, तो अलग बात है। यह था नौकरों के बारे में पूरा सेक्शन।
