Tārkṣya
Is mantra mein Tarkshya ko bulaya ja raha hai jo bahut tez hai. Wo apne rath se aasman mein urta hai aur humein khatron se bachata hai. Safar ke waqt ya jung mein wo humein jeeta deta hai. Kavi kehte hain ki Indra ki tarah ye shakti deta hai. Jaise kashti humein paar le jaati hai, waise hi ye humein surakshit rakhta hai. Aane jaane mein koi nuksan nahi hota.

Mantra 1
त्यमू षु वाजिनं देवजूतं सहावानं तरुतारं रथानाम् । अरिष्टनेमिं पृतनाजमाशुं स्वस्तये तार्क्ष्यमिहा हुवेम ॥
Woh jaldi bhagne wala hai, bhagwan uske peeche hain. Woh jeetta hai aur humari gaadi aage badha deta hai. Uska pahiya kabhi nahi tootta, ladai mein woh jeeta hi jeeta hai. Tarkshya ko hum yahan apne bhale ke liye bulate hain.

इन्द्रस्येव रातिमाजोहुवानाः स्वस्तये नावमिवा रुहेम । उर्वी न पृथ्वी बहुले गभीरे मा वामेतौ मा परेतौ रिषाम ॥
Indra jaise denewale se hum maang karte hain. Jaise kashti mein baith kar paar karte hain, waise hi hum bhi paar karein. Yeh zameen itni badi hai aur gehri hai. Aane jaane mein humara koi bura na ho, hum safe rahein.
