Sukta 1.57
अध ते विश्वमनु हासदिष्टय आपो निम्नेव सवना हविष्मतः । यत्पर्वते न समशीत हर्यत इन्द्रस्य वज्रः श्नथिता हिरण्ययः ॥
ádha te víśvam ánu ha āsad iṣṭáye ā́po nimnéva sávānā haviṣmátaḥ | yát párvate ná samáśīt haryatá índrasya vájraḥ śnáthitā hiraṇyáyaḥ ||
Jab Indra yagya ke liye aaya toh sab log uske peeche chale gaye. Paani niche ki taraf baha, jaise koi yagya mein daal raha ho. Indra ka sona ka banaya hua vajra pahad par gira aur usko tod diya. Woh ruka nahi.
