Sukta 1.116
यमश्विना ददथुः श्वेतमश्वमघाश्वाय शश्वदित्स्वस्ति । तद्वां दात्रं महि कीर्तेन्यं भूत्पैद्वो वाजी सदमिद्धव्यो अर्यः ॥
yám aśvinā dádathuḥ śvetám aśvám aghā́śvāya śáśvad ít svastí | tád vāṃ dātráṃ máhi kīrtényam bhūt paidvó vājī sádham íd dhávyó aryáḥ ||
Ashvin brothers ne Aghashva ko ek safed ghoda diya tha. Yeh tofa itna bada tha ki log aaj bhi uski tareef karte hain. Paidva naam ka vyakti is ghode se jeeta aur balwan ban gaya. Woh hamesha bhagwan ki puja karta raha. Ashvin brothers, tum bhi humein aisa hi bal do. Humari bhakti aur kalyan pakka ho jaye.
