Funeral Rites & Ancestors
Yeh hissa Atharvaveda ka antim sanskar wala bhaag hai. Isme marne ke baad aatma ki safalta ke liye mantra aur vidhiyan hain. Yama aur Pitron ko bulaya jata hai ki wo aatma ko sahi raasta dikhayein. Agni ki madad se shareer ko agni diya jata hai aur aatma aage badhti hai. Iska main kaam hai ki maut ek darr wali cheez na ho, balki ek sahi kram ho. Pitron ki duniya mein jaane ke liye yeh mantra log bahut zaroori maante hain. Isse na sirf marne wala shaanti paata hai, balki uski family bhi theek rehti hai. Jee logon ko kisi buri asar se bachane ke liye bhi yeh path karte hain. Yeh koi sadharan mantra nahi hai, yeh ek bahut important death wala ritual hai. Log apne dada pardada ki yaad mein bhi yeh padhte hain.
