ततः सा तनया तस्य भार्गवस्या श्रृणोदिति । दत्तास्मि तस्मै विप्राय विरूपायेति जल्पताम्
tataḥ sā tanayā tasya bhārgavasyā śrṛṇoditi | dattāsmi tasmai viprāya virūpāyeti jalpatām
तब उस भार्गव की पुत्री ने उन्हें कहते सुना—“मुझे उस ब्राह्मण को दे दिया गया है, जो कुरूप है,” ऐसा वह दुःख से बड़बड़ाने लगी।
