शंकरोग्रगिरिजापते पते विश्वनाथविधिविष्णु संस्तुत । वेदवेद्यविदिताऽखिलेंगि तत्वां नतोस्मि नतवांछितप्रद

हे शंकर, हे उग्र प्रभु, हे गिरिजापति, हे स्वामी! हे विश्वनाथ, ब्रह्मा-विष्णु द्वारा स्तुत! वेदों से ज्ञेय, सर्वांग में व्याप्त तत्त्वस्वरूप, मैं आपको प्रणाम करता हूँ; प्रणत जनों की वांछित कामनाएँ पूर्ण कीजिए।
