वासिष्ठकथनम् (आदित्य–सोमवंशवर्णनम् तथा रुद्रसहस्रनाम-प्रशंसा)

नित्यो धाता सहायश् च देवासुरपतिः पतिः युक्तश् च युक्तबाहुश् च सुदेवो ऽपि सुपर्वणः
Transliteration
nityo dhātā sahāyaś ca devāsurapatiḥ patiḥ yuktaś ca yuktabāhuś ca sudevo 'pi suparvaṇaḥ
Translation
वह नित्य है—धाता, विधाता और सदा सहायक। वह देवों और असुरों का भी स्वामी, समस्त पशुओं (बंधित जीवों) का परम पति है। योग में पूर्णतः युक्त, संयत-बलवान भुजाओं वाला, सच्चा देव और शुभ पर्वों/विभागों का अधिपति है।
