Sukta 3
निधिं निधिपा अभ्येऽनमिच्छादनीश्वरा अभितः सन्तु ये३न्ये। अस्माभिर्दत्तो निहितः स्वर्गस्त्रिभिः काण्डैस्त्रीन्त्स्वर्गानरुक्षत्
nidhíṃ nidhípā abhí enaṃ icchād anī́śvarā abhítaḥ santu yé anyé | asmā́bhir dátto nihítaḥ svargás tribhíḥ kā́ṇḍais trī́n svargā́n arukṣat
Let the Treasure-keeper seek after this deposit; but let all others round about be powerless, lacking rule. By us it hath been given, it hath been laid down—Heaven: with three stalks he hath mounted unto the threefold Heavens.
निधिपाल इस निधि को पाने की इच्छा करे; पर जो अन्य लोग चारों ओर हों, वे सब निर्बल रहें—अधिकार-रहित। हमारे द्वारा यह दिया गया, यह स्थापित किया गया—स्वर्ग; तीन काण्डों (डंडों/डंठलों) से उसने तीन स्वर्गों पर आरोहण किया है।
