सीसे मृड्ढ्वं नडे मृड्ढ्वमग्नौ संकसुके च यत्। अथो अव्यां रामायां शीर्षक्तिमुपबर्हणे

IAST Transliteration

sī́se mṛḍḍhvam naḍé mṛ́ḍḍhvam agnáu saṅkásuke ca yát | átho avyā́ṃ rāmā́yāṃ śīrṣáktim upabárhaṇe ||

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

In lead be ye gracious; in the reed be gracious; in the fire, and in what is in the saṅkasuka. And also in the ewe’s soft wool, in the head-band, upon the pillow’s rest.

Translation

सीसे में कृपा करो; नड़े (सरकंडे) में कृपा करो; अग्नि में भी, और जो संकसुका में है उसमें भी। और भेड़नी (अव्य) की कोमल ऊन में, शिरोबन्ध (शीर्षक्ति) में, तथा तकिये के आसन पर भी (कृपा करो)।
