छिन्ने त्वद्यापि तत्रैव सुरक्तं संप्रदृश्यते । विष्णुक्षेत्रं हि तत्प्रोक्तं शंखो यत्र हतः पुरा
chinne tvadyāpi tatraiva suraktaṃ saṃpradṛśyate | viṣṇukṣetraṃ hi tatproktaṃ śaṃkho yatra hataḥ purā
આજ પણ તેને કાપીએ તો ત્યાં જ તેજસ્વી લાલ રંગ દેખાય છે. તે સ્થાનને વિષ્ણુક્ષેત્ર કહેવાયું છે, જ્યાં પ્રાચીનકાળે શંખનો વધ થયો હતો.
